Refund Policy

1️⃣App Store / Google Play Purchases (Whale Platform)

This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for paid features (if offered) for the Services operated by GORAE LABS (“we”, “us”, “our”).

If you purchase subscriptions or paid features in the Whale Journal or Whale Tools apps, billing is handled by Apple App Store or Google Play (as applicable). Renewals, cancellations, taxes, and refund eligibility are managed by each store.

Refunds follow each store's policy and process. In general, we cannot override or directly issue refunds for in-app purchases made through Apple/Google.

If a refund, cancellation, billing issue, or expiration is confirmed, access to paid features may be reduced or removed after entitlement refresh.

You can manage subscriptions and request refunds through the stores:

Apple: Manage your subscription from your Apple account subscription screen, and request a refund via “Report a Problem” in your Apple ID purchase history.
Google: Manage your subscription in Google Play, and request a refund from your order history or Google Play support (policies vary by region).

2️⃣Web Purchases (If Offered)

If we offer paid products/services on the Website in the future, this policy will be updated with the payment processor, refund timelines, and eligibility rules.
