Refund Policy

1️⃣App Store / Google Play Purchases (Whale Platform)

This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for paid features (if offered) for the Services operated by Becoming Crypto Whale Team (“we”, “us”, “our”).

If you purchase subscriptions or paid features in the Whale Journal or Whale Tools apps, payments are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play (as applicable).

Refunds are handled according to the store’s policies and processes.

We generally cannot issue refunds directly for in-app purchases made through Apple/Google.

You can request refunds through the store:

Apple: request a refund via “Report a Problem” in your Apple ID purchase history.
Google: request a refund via Google Play order history (policies vary by region).

2️⃣Web Purchases (If Offered)

If we offer paid products/services on the Website in the future, this policy will be updated with the payment processor, refund timelines, and eligibility rules.
