These terms define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between BecomingCryptoWhale (βthe Siteβ) and users in relation to all services provided by the Site.

These terms apply to anyone who wishes to use the services.
We may amend the terms within legal boundaries. Changes take effect seven days after we post a notice.
If you do not agree with the revised terms you may stop using the service and close your account.

We provide affiliate links to exchanges and free mining services to sustain our operations.
When you sign up or trade through a referral link we may receive a commission from the partner service.
Using referral links is entirely your choice; we do not force or require you to do so.

All information on the Site is for reference only and does not constitute investment advice.
We do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of the information, nor are we liable for any losses caused by its use.
Every investment decision is solely your responsibility.
9οΈβ£Article 9 (Copyright)
Copyright for content created by the Site belongs to the Site.
Users retain copyright for content they create, but by posting it they grant us the right to use it to operate the service.
You must not reproduce, transmit, publish, or distribute information obtained through the Site without permission.
πArticle 10 (Limitation of Liability)
Unless required by law, we are not responsible for losses related to the free services we provide.
We are not obligated to intervene in disputes between users or between a user and a third party, and we are not liable for resulting damages.
We are not responsible for the content or transactions of external services linked via referral links.
βοΈArticle 11 (Dispute Resolution)
Disputes between the Site and users are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
Such disputes shall be brought before the court having jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act.
