Terms of Use

Effective from: November 1, 2025

1️⃣Article 1 (Purpose)

These terms define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between BecomingCryptoWhale (“the Site”) and users in relation to all services provided by the Site.

2️⃣Article 2 (Definitions)

"Services" means all information and community features provided by the Site, including trading guides, exchange recommendations, free mining resources, and tools.

"User" means any person who accesses the Site and uses the services under these terms.

"Member" means a user who has registered and can continue to use the services.

"Referral link" means affiliate links provided by the Site to partnered exchanges or mining services.

3️⃣Article 3 (Effect and Changes)

These terms apply to anyone who wishes to use the services.

We may amend the terms within legal boundaries. Changes take effect seven days after we post a notice.

If you do not agree with the revised terms you may stop using the service and close your account.

4️⃣Article 4 (Provision of Services)

We provide the following services:

•Trading guides and chart analysis information

•Exchange comparisons and recommendations

•Free mining project rankings and insights

•Community boards and information sharing

•Crypto tools such as calculators and market metrics

5️⃣Article 5 (Service Suspension)

We may temporarily suspend services for maintenance, replacement, breakdowns, or communication failures.

We may limit or suspend services in cases of force majeure such as natural disasters or national emergencies.

6️⃣Article 6 (User Obligations)

Users must not engage in any of the following:

✗Impersonating others or stealing information

✗Altering Site content without permission

✗Transmitting unauthorized information or code

✗Infringing intellectual property rights of the Site or third parties

✗Damaging the reputation of others or causing harm

✗Posting obscene or violent content

7️⃣Article 7 (Referral Links)

We provide affiliate links to exchanges and free mining services to sustain our operations.

When you sign up or trade through a referral link we may receive a commission from the partner service.

Using referral links is entirely your choice; we do not force or require you to do so.

8️⃣Article 8 (Information Provided)

All information on the Site is for reference only and does not constitute investment advice.

We do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of the information, nor are we liable for any losses caused by its use.

Every investment decision is solely your responsibility.

9️⃣Article 9 (Copyright)

Users retain copyright for content they create, but by posting it they grant us the right to use it to operate the service.

You must not reproduce, transmit, publish, or distribute information obtained through the Site without permission.

🔟Article 10 (Limitation of Liability)

Unless required by law, we are not responsible for losses related to the free services we provide.

We are not obligated to intervene in disputes between users or between a user and a third party, and we are not liable for resulting damages.

We are not responsible for the content or transactions of external services linked via referral links.

⚖️Article 11 (Dispute Resolution)

Disputes between the Site and users are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.

Such disputes shall be brought before the court having jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act.

📌Supplementary Provision

These terms take effect on November 1, 2025.
