Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services operated by Becoming Crypto Whale Team ("Becoming Crypto Whale", "we", "us", "our").

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

The Services are provided for informational and educational purposes only.

We do not provide investment, financial, trading, legal, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for your decisions, risk management, and compliance with applicable laws.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Services.

By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

Some features may be available without an account. If the Services offer account features, you are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account.

"User Content" means content you submit or create through the Services (e.g., journal entries, notes, images).

You retain ownership of your User Content.

You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, and display User Content only as needed to operate the Services (for example, to store and sync content if you enable cloud features).

Whale Journal is designed to be local-first by default. Your trading journal data is stored locally on your device using secure database technology.

Whale Tools stores minimal app settings locally. Calculation results are processed locally and not stored persistently unless you explicitly save them.

If cloud backup/sync is offered (Whale Journal) and you enable it, data may be transmitted to and stored on our servers or service providers' infrastructure. Availability depends on network conditions and third-party systems.

You are responsible for maintaining your own backups where appropriate. We are not responsible for data loss due to device failure, OS changes, accidental deletion, or third-party outages.

The Services may link to third-party websites (including cryptocurrency exchanges), may display advertisements, and may include referral/affiliate links.

Third-party services, ads, and linked content are governed by their own terms and policies. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services or advertisements.

If the Services offer AI-generated insights, outputs are informational and may be inaccurate or incomplete.

AI outputs do not constitute financial, investment, legal, or trading advice. You remain responsible for your decisions and actions.

If we offer paid features or subscriptions, pricing and renewal terms (if any) will be disclosed at purchase time.

For in-app purchases, payments are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play (as applicable). Refunds are subject to the store’s policies and/or the payment processor used.

We own (or license) the Services, including software, design, branding, text, and content we publish.

Except where permitted by law, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee accuracy of calculations, completeness of information, or uninterrupted operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, trading losses, or loss of data arising from your use of the Services.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Seoul, Republic of Korea, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
